Forgotten Beginnings: Prologue

Clicked the AI tag because I used ChatGPT to help me generate code to have easier (for me) control over moving windows with the Bestiary plugin.  I also used it to create the "drop % of party currency on escape" mechanic. That's all it's been used for, nothing else.

I recently got into tinkering with RPG Maker MZ, as I had wanted to have my own music in a game so decided to try my hand at making my own.

The current result of these efforts is a ~30 minute (took me 25 minutes on the fastest game speed) experience.  I plan on making a full game out of this, so consider this a teaser of what's to come.

I've only tested this on Windows, and the project was made in 1920x1080. I am not sure how it will look on other resolutions.

KNOWN ISSUES

- In the rename save file screen, backspace doesn't work.  You will have to use X or ESC on keyboard to delete.

- Bestiary entry for "Elite Monsters" displays as NaN%. This will get solved in the full game when I actually add monsters that are classified as this.

- Disabling commander remember (aka cursor memory) in the options menu doesn't actually disable it.
